“Convolutus helix”
timber structure for the inauguration of “Arboretum de Neuvic”, based on phyllotaxy. Composed of a central wood structure representing the spiral growth of the leafs on the branches, inspired by the «comporte» (special wood bucket used during grape harvest), this structure was located at item zero of the park (defined by the landscape designers), triple series of tripods accentuated alignments of the young Oaks and Maples, and the old existing Apple trees. These tripods were spaced according to the continuation of Fibonacci.
